Hi, I’m Quiara, and I’ve been guiding healing journeys since 2014. With a background in Diagnostic Medical Sonography focused on women’s health and IVF, I discovered my passion for supporting others through life’s toughest transitions. As a certified Reiki and Theta Healing practitioner, I combine sound healing, crystal work, and mindfulness to foster balance and serenity. My love for nature and equine therapy reflects my belief in the healing power of human-animal connections.

This phase is about creating safety and comfort in the body. Clients are invited to settle in and reconnect with physical sensations, learning to listen without judgment. It’s a process of cultivating compassion for the body and being present with whatever arises. The goal is to build a trusting relationship with the body, to let go of any tension and develop an awareness of how the body communicates.
Awareness invites the client to be present with what is happening in the body, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Through mindfulness, clients deepen their connection to the present moment, without attachment or judgment. It’s an invitation to simply notice sensations, moods, and patterns as they arise. This phase fosters an openness to experience whatever is unfolding, helping the client to become more conscious of their inner world.
Acceptance is about embracing whatever arises in the body or mind, including resistance. It’s not about pushing away discomfort or difficult emotions, but rather about acknowledging them with compassion. This phase invites the client to accept their experience as it is—allowing space for all emotions, sensations, and thoughts, knowing they are part of the process. Acceptance helps the client move beyond judgment to create more ease in the present moment.
Choice empowers the client to recognize that they have options in how they respond to what arises. After cultivating awareness and acceptance, the client can choose how to engage with their experiences, emotions, and thoughts. This phase is about recognizing personal agency—acknowledging that there are multiple ways to move through life’s challenges. It’s an invitation to make conscious choices that align with the client’s well-being.
Discernment is the process of seeing with clarity and wisdom. If awareness is like a black-and-white photo, discernment is like looking at that same photo in full color—it’s about seeing things with more depth. This phase helps the client differentiate between what serves them and what doesn’t, allowing them to make more informed, intentional decisions. It’s an invitation to develop a deeper understanding of what is right for the client at this moment.
Truth is about uncovering the deeper, authentic self. In this phase, the client explores what is truly real for them—beyond societal conditioning or external expectations. It’s about connecting with inner wisdom and standing in one’s own truth, however that may unfold. This phase invites the client to be honest with themselves, allowing them to see clearly and embrace who they truly are, without fear of judgment or outside influence.
Truth in Action is about living in alignment with what has been uncovered in the previous phases. After discovering one’s truth, the client begins to embody it in their daily life. This phase is about turning insights into tangible actions—whether through changes in behavior, relationships, or personal choices. It’s a step toward living authentically, knowing that actions will vary for each person, but all are valid expressions of their truth.
Integration is about bringing the insights from the previous phases into your daily life. It’s the process of grounding new awareness, choices, and truths into your routines, relationships, and mindset. This phase invites you to embody these shifts in practical ways, fostering lasting change. Integration isn’t about perfection; it’s about creating sustainable practices that improve your quality of life and deepen connection to yourself and others, allowing transformation to be lived in every mom
Flow is the final phase, where the client experiences a sense of alignment with their deeper wisdom. It’s about being present and responding to life’s flow with greater ease, although transformation can also involve challenges. This phase invites the client to embrace the natural rhythms of life, trusting the process. Whether it brings ease or challenges, flow allows the client to stay present and respond mindfully, cultivating greater resilience and fluidity in life.
